We're in the final stages of the identity design for Boulder County's Energy Smart program. For a limited time, Boulder County home- and business- owners can receive special pricing, rebates, and FREE energy-efficient devices. Best of all, residents are assigned a personal energy assistant who will guide them through the steps, including a low-cost assessment.
